Counterparty Enquiries
AuHandel works with institutional and professional counterparties only. We do not respond to retail enquiries, and we do not provide quotes outside of an onboarding and contract process. Enquiries that include the information below are routed and assessed faster.
Onboarding and due diligence are required before transacting. An enquiry does not create a business relationship, and indicative discussions do not constitute an offer or quote.

Onboarding pre-check
Please include the following in your initial enquiry. This mirrors the first step of our intake process.
- Legal entity & jurisdiction
- Full legal name of the entity and its jurisdiction of incorporation.
- Role
- Your role in the intended transaction — buyer, seller, or broker/intermediary.
- Intended transaction type
- Product form, indicative size, and delivery or settlement expectations.
- Timeline
- Expected timing and any relevant constraints.

We communicate by email. We do not use messaging apps for counterparty communication, and we do not provide quotes by phone.
